If you know me you know I did NOT want to buy a car. But when Bessie could barely make it to town, let alone anywhere else it was time. Jeremiah Voiles has gotten multiple vehicles from Moody's Automotive so I decided to go there. They walked me through how to get a loan (I never have before) and the papers were signed. My 3rd time driving it as I was about to get on the interstate home in Cookeville it started throwing codes, and I was freaking out, I hadn’t even got my offical tags yet! I contact Trey and he suggested a mechanic to look at it that day so I could get home. It’s been a bit or back and forth trying to figure out what was wrong, they took it to a local mechanic and eventually taking it all the way back to the Subaru dealership. The whole time putting me in one of their rentals and when I picked up my vehicle, scared of the price tag on a car I just purchased, it was taken care of! They did not have to do ANY of this, and they went above and beyond. Even though complicated I couldn’t have had a better car buying experience. We will be back for sure!
